Baked Dijon Salmon

Ingredients...

  • 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
  • 3 Tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Pecans
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh Parsley
  • 4 (4 ounce) filets Salmon
  • 1 Lemon, for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions...

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard and honey. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, mux together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
4. Arrange filets in a pan. Brush each salmon filet with the honey mustard mixture, and top with the bread crumb mixture
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake approximately 15 minutes.
