Baked Dijon Salmon

Ingredients...
- 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 3 Tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Pecans
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh Parsley
- 4 (4 ounce) filets Salmon
- 1 Lemon, for garnish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions...
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard and honey. Set
aside.
3. In another bowl, mux together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
4. Arrange filets in a pan. Brush each salmon filet with the honey
mustard mixture, and top with the bread crumb mixture
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake approximately 15 minutes.
