Prepare Jasmine rice with this one!

- 2 T oil or ghee + 2 T oil for paneer
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 indian bay leaves
- 2 cups yellow lentils
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tsp giner
- 1 T tumeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove
- 1 tsp lemonjuice
Instructions...
Soak lentils for one hour and wash. Heat the oil in a large pot over a medium-high
flame. When hot, add the onion and spices and cook until onions
become
soft.
Add
the tomatoes and cook to thick, around 3 minutes. Add 2/1/2 cups
water and lentils, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for
30 minutes.
